You’ll get actual game gear in your hands, real local researched locations and clues, off the beaten path routes, challenges that make you look twice at places you may have walked past, and puzzles to up the game to your level.
Your local guide meets you to get launched, your team captain checks in by phone – sending photos, asking questions, and staying connected to your Live Guide Hub the whole time. We meet back in the end.

What we do isn’t puzzling… We love when guests ask questions. Here to help.
Are we paired with other groups?
You only play with only your group. Each booking is its own private team unless you request to be paired up with another group.
Does a guide go with us?
Not physically, but you will be connected to your host (who is a living person) throughout the entire game for hints, clues, help, and guidance along the way.
Does one ticket cover our entire team?
Each guest requires a ticket to participate from ages 6 and up. HOW TO PLAY. We work hard to create an interactive, in depth and unique experience, we are not an app, and we provide time and assistance along the way, plus each guest participates.
Is the game just played on my phone?
Not just your phone, our games have gear that include clue kits, decoders, compass, maps, and more to enhance the experience in a hands-on manner..
Can we just walk up and play?
Our games are popular. Booking ahead is necessary so that we can make sure we have enough gear on hand to accommodate each team, and our hosts are only at the launch points at specific times.
Is there a time limit?
Up to you and your team, you can race through the game and try to beat the record, or take it slow and enjoy the sights and scenery along the way. We recommend that you take your time and enjoy!
Where do we return the gear?
When you have completed your game your host will be near by and coordinate the pick up of your gear.
What happens if I don't return the gear?
The gear is an integral part of our company’s process, and when gear is un-returned or damaged it has to be replaced. Each kit is numbered with a serial number, when gear goes un-returned or is damaged or destroyed, we will charge the card on file for the booking for a gear replacement fee equal to $125-$150 depending on the equipment.
What happens if I don't register all of my guests?
We work hard and price our hunts fairly and provide a great value per ticket on each of our experiences. When someone brings an unregistered guest, we will add the extra guest(s) to the account on file.
How much walking does the game take?
Most games are between 1.5-2 miles and you can explore at your own pace. No need to rush, unless you’re trying to beat the record.
How long does it take to play the games?
Typically 2-2.5 hours is the average gameplay time without long breaks. We encourage everyone to see the city your way. you can stop to explore places you find, eat, or get a drink. Ask your host any questions, they are local and familiar with the city.
What ages can play?
Our games can be fun for all ages! Usually 10+ for a regular ticket. If the game has an age requirement it will appear during the booking process, like our pub crawl hunts and some mystery games.
What happens if it rains or storms?
That depends…most guests will continue on with umbrellas or ponchos in light rain or drizzle and welcome the occasional cooling Summer shower, however in severe weather conditions, we will cancel the hunts we have a weather guarantee and you will have the option for a raincheck or reschedule depending on your preference.
